Ordering The Standards is the first step toward accreditation.
The one-time fee to purchase the ICACTL Accreditation Materials
(consisting of The ICACTL Standards and Application)
is $200. Laboratories who order the ICACTL Accreditation
Materials will receive a CD containing both the Application
and the ICACTL Standards in an electronic format. Notification
of periodic updates to The Standards and the Application
are automatically sent, free-of-charge, to every laboratory
that places an order. Ordering the materials does not obligate
the laboratory to apply for accreditation within any given period
of time. These materials are good for the life of your laboratory.
The ICACTL can complete your purchase online, either by credit card
(MC, Visa, Discover or American Express) or by check. Instructions
are below.
