your order for access to ICACTL Online Accreditation is the first
step toward becoming an accredited laboratory. The one-time
fee of $200 to create your account provides your laboratory with personalized access
to ICACTL Online Accreditation, notification of periodic updates
to the online Standards, and everything you need to apply
for accreditation. Once the order is placed, the laboratory
is not obligated to apply for accreditation within any given
period of time. Access to ICACTL Online Accreditation
and your account is good for the life of your facility.
To

information into the form and follow the instructions to create
your account. You will then receive an email confirmation
from the ICACTL, containing your personal user ID and password
that allows you to access your application any time.
