How to Apply for Accreditation in an Additional Testing Area
Laboratories accredited by the ICACTL can apply for additional testing areas (i.e.: Body [Pelvic, Abdomen, Chest and/or Breast], Cardiovascular, Musculoskeletal and/or Neurological) at any time during their three year accreditation period. The expiration date of newly accredited testing areas will coincide with that of the originally accredited areas.
The following information is required:
- Submission of three (3) case studies and corresponding final reports for the newly applied for testing area.
- Submission of appropriate documentation, as required within the Accreditation Application, for any new medical or technical staff members.
- Fee of $400.00 per testing area.
