FEE FOR ACCESS TO ONLINE ACCREDITATION
The one-time fee to purchase access to ICACTL Online Accreditation is $200. This fee provides your laboratory with personalized access
to ICACTL Online Accreditation, notification of periodic updates
to the online Standards, and everything you need to apply
for accreditation. Once the order is placed, the laboratory
is not obligated to apply for accreditation within any given
period of time. Access to ICACTL Online Accreditation
and your account is good for the life of your facility.
Based on the testing procedures offered within their facility, laboratories
may apply in any combination of the following areas of accreditation:
- Coronary Calcium Scoring
- Cardiovascular CTA
- Neuro [Brain, Spine, CTA]
- Sinus and Temporal Bone
- Body CT [Chest (Non-Cardiac), Abdomen, Pelvis, Extremity]
- Body CTA [Chest (Non-Cardiac), Abdomen, Pelvis, Peripheral/Extremity]

EFFECTIVE 3/1/2009 | The application fees are outlined as follows:
New Laboratories
Initial fee for first unit............... $2400 base fee (includes one testing area)
..............................................+$400 per additional testing area
Each additional unit over one...... $1200
Accredited Laboratories
Each additional or replacement unit ....... $800

Additional fees, based upon size and complexity, apply to eligible laboratories
with multiple sites and/or mobile services.
Note: The ICACTL does not require purchase of a specific phantom. However, through the application process participating laboratories must provide documentation of their ongoing, comprehensive quality assessment programs. For additional QA requirements, go to the Required Forms section.>>
