FEE FOR ACCREDITATION MATERIALS
The one-time fee to purchase The ICACTL Accreditation Materials
(consisting of The Standards and the Online Accreditation
Application) is $200. Notification of periodic updates to
The Standards are automatically sent, free of charge,
to every laboratory that places an order. Ordering the ICACTL
Accreditation Materials does not obligate the laboratory to
apply for accreditation within any given period of time.
Based on the testing procedures offered within their facility, laboratories
may apply in any combination of the following areas of accreditation:
- Coronary Calcium Scoring
- Cardiovascular CTA
- Neuro [Brain, Spine, CTA]
- Sinus and Temporal Bone
- Body CT [Chest (Non-Cardiac), Abdomen, Pelvis, Extremity]
- Body CTA [Chest (Non-Cardiac), Abdomen, Pelvis, Peripheral/Extremity]
APPLICATION FEE
NEW FEE STRUCTURE IS EFFECTIVE 9/2/2008. The application fees are outlined as follows:
Initial fee for first unit... $2000 base fee plus $400 per testing area
[Minimum: one area application fee is $2400. Maximum: six area (calcium scoring, cardiac CTA, other CTA, whole body CT, neurologic CT, sinus temporal bone CT) application fee is $4400.]
Each additional unit over one... $1000 fee per unit plus $200 per testing area
For applications submitted before 9/1/2008, the current fees will apply:
Initial fee for main site... $2500
Each additional CT imaging device per laboratory... $1000
Additional fees, based upon size and complexity, apply to eligible laboratories
with multiple sites and/or mobile services. |
